Invitation Recommendations...

Who did everyone use and what did you think?

We used Linda from Linda's Lovelies- a vendor on here. She was great to work with- very patient and knowledgeable. Her prices were great too! I highly recommend meeting with her!

To add- we got Encore Invitations- they were georgous and a great paper weight (which was very important to me). We just sent them out and have gotten a lot of compliments on them already!

I used Laurie from LA Productions. She is so wonderful. She is a vendor here and she gives outstanding discounts!

I ordered Birchcraft invitations from Party City - they discount 30%, the invites came very fst, and I was very happy with the service!

I agree. I used Laura and she was so nice and my invitations were beautiful. She custom made them.

I havent even started to seriously look for invites yet but my best friend saved money by looking in Party City for her invitations (then she met a friend of the family who paid so she picked whatever).

But shouldnt you wait a little bit longer? What if the glue on the envelopes gets messed up in the summer's humidity or something?

I figure order june
reced end of june

use my printer & do the caligrphy
during july - i can take my time & do a few
at a time

recount & box them in Aug before
Labor weekend & holidays start

We used Jodi from Simplicity Planning (a vendor on here). She was wonderful to work with and gave us a great discount.

I second Linda's Lovelies, she is terrific (and has a whole lot more than invitations ... i ended up getting favors, a just married hat, etc...) and her prices are VERY reasonable!

I plan to use Party City - they have a great selection of invitations. I was there last night and the said they could have them back to me in 2 weeks.

I am using Gail from Simply Elegant (also a vendor on here). She is soo wonderful and has tons of stuff. My sister got her invites from her, her favors, bubbles, table cameras, etc. She has it all and is very nice. Not to mention she took care of wrapping the wedding favors and shower favors and they came out incredible. We will use her for everything too.
