Invitation Sizes

dont remember exactly but it was bigger than standard size so we had to pay more in postage.

edit: our envelope is 6.5 x 9

is 5 x7 the standard invitation size? ive been getting quotes for 5x7 invites but now that i actually took a look at the size i feel like its smaller than i expected

i dont know, i think they vary depending on the invite. ours is bigger than 5x7 and we used the standard size cardstock for that design

i guess i just want to see if a lot of peoples invites are 5x7 then i will feel okay about it - i never paid attention to invites sizes before and now im paranoid my guests might think my invitation is really tiny

you could go up a bit to like a 6x8 if it really bothers you?

it doesnt bother me - i just wasnt sure what sizes invitations normally are because its not something i ever paid attention to before - im kind of clueless hahahaha but it seems like 5x7 is a pretty common size so i think ill stick with the size
