Invitation typos - What have you caught?

We received an invite that had the RSVP date the week after the wedding! How do people not notice these things?

oh jeeze!!

My friend and BM spelt her fiances name wrong - and approved it on the proof!

and most of the time its not the designer people have a tendency of spelling it wrong when giving the info.

i have to agree with this.

that's also why getting a proof is so worthwhile, it gives you an opportunity to check every letter of every word! and you can show it to as many people as you want!

it is very true. Well not with the designing of it but i sent my calligrapher the excel address list and i personally messed up on 3 addresses. My advice is not to do all of them in one day lol, and while i was typing in all 175 addresses in excel, people were calling to say oh wait this one has a changed address, and calling in with SO's name. I even triple checked but 4 hours straight of that your eyes just arent the same lol and its easy to mess up

Oh man that stinks! On ours, they spelled FH's and my future last name wrong!! They skipped a letter, but they resent all new ones within 3 days. So now if I run out I saved those other ones. Who would know, really?
