Invitation Wording Help

I have a quick question about my invitation wording...my church time is at 2:30pm so right now the sample wording for my invitation was going to be:

on Saturday, the third of November
two thousand and seven
at half after two in the afternoon

Is that the correct way that 2:30 should be written out?

maybe half PAST two?

mine is at 11:30 and i just wrote it out as 'eleven thirty in the morning'

Mine reads:
Saturday, the twenty-third of June
Two Thousand and seven
at half past two o'clock
