Invitation Wording Help

Invitation Wording Help

I know this has been asked so many times but I'm so confused with the wording.
Here is what I have:

A friendship that was shared by two
has grown into a love so true
Please join us as we,
Maria
&
Michael
begin our new life together
on Sunday, the fourth of November
Two thousand and seven
at half past two in the afternoon
St. Mary Gate of Heaven Church
Ozone Park, New York

Now my questions are:
1. Should I include our last names or just leave it at first names?
2. Is the time correct the way it is or should it read...
at half past two 'o'clock' in the afternoon?

I know there's a debate over the 'and' in the year but every invitation website I've went on says to put the 'and'.

Thanks much!

I do think you should include your last names, but it is your wedding and your invitaiton and if you like it better without them- then leave them off. It should be half past two in the afternoon (no need for the o'clock). The 'and' in the year is up to you. Personally, I like the 'and'

1. DEFINITELY put last names (I'd also put middle names if you or your FH have them!)
2. I would add the 'o'clock' after two
3. I would leave out the 'and' but you didn't ask about that
