Invitation wording-- help

OK ladies... I need help!! I did my invitations and the option #1 is what I put but I don't think it sounds right. I think it should probably be the wording in option #2. Or if you think there is a better way to word it PLEASE let me know!! I need to get these printed ASAP and start assembling them.

option #1
Melissa Erin _____
and
Kurt Lee _____
along with their parents
request the honor of
your presence at the Nuptial Mass
uniting them in the Sacrament
of Holy Matrimony
Saturday, the sixth of October
Two thousand and seven
At one-thirty in the afternoon

option #2
Melissa Erin ______
and
Kurt Lee ______
Together with our parents
request the honor of
your presence at A Nuptial Mass
uniting us in the Sacrament
of Holy Matrimony
Saturday, the sixth of October
Two thousand and seven
At one-thirty in the afternoon

So should I do it this way:

Melissa Erin ______
and
Kurt Lee ______
Together with our parents
request the honor of
your presence at the Nuptial Mass
uniting us in the Sacrament
of Holy Matrimony
Saturday, the sixth of October
Two thousand and seven
At one-thirty in the afternoon

Or should the 'us' be 'them'?
