Invitation Wording Help!

I am clueless about invitation wording. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

In the spirit of peace and joy
this holiday season
Mr. and Mrs. Paul .......
request the honour of your presence
at the Nuptial Mass uniting their daughter

Erin Elizabeth
to
Brian Matthew

son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald .........
on Saturday, the twenty ninth of December
Two Thousand and Seven
at two thirty in the afternoon
Sts. Philip and James RCC
St. James, New York

Reception at five-thirty in the evening
Hamlet at Willow Creek

Thanks for your help!

I like the way this is worded- it's unique. The traditional way would be:

Mr. and Mrs. Paul .......
request the honour of your presence
at the marriage of their daughter

Erin Elizabeth
to
Brian Matthew

son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald .........
on Saturday, the twenty ninth of December
Two Thousand and Seven
at two thirty in the afternoon
Sts. Philip and James RCC
St. James, New York

Reception at five-thirty in the evening
Hamlet at Willow Creek
