If my parents are paying for the wedding does his parents names go on the invite?

Yes this is my situation....
mine will say......Mr & Mrs Anthony _____ request the blah blha blah blah at the marriage of their daughter, Haroula to Gianni, son of Mr & Mrs ________
Since my parents are the ones paying, their name goes first since they are doing the 'inviting'....I also think its nice to add his parents name after his out of courtesy. Sometimes, people will know him realize who your FH is through your parents names....

They don't have to, but I think it's a courtesy. You can put 'Son of Dad and Mom' under his name on the invite.

I didn't....FH's parents have not contributed financially to the wedding so their names are not on the invite.

You can do it out of respect for them, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary. If you like them, then go for it.

its really up to you.
in our case where my parents are paying for the RH but FMIL is paying for the flowers & RD, & FH & I are paying for everything else, I felt it fair to read as follows:
Mr. & Mrs. Joseph G together with Ms. Louise C
my parents & FMIL, all are happy with the way the invite reads.

My parents are paying for the RH and we are paying for everything else...but FH's parents helped with our condo down payment....so out of respect we have done Mr & Mrs (my parents) & Mr & Mrs (FHs parents)

My parents are paying for the wedding, and FIL's are paying for the RD and HM.
Our invites are worded like this:
Ms. Linda S and Mr. Donald S together with Mr. & Mrs. Michael S request the honour of your presence at the marriage of their children Laura and Michael
