Invitations...

Anyone not have inner envelopes? My fiance ordered the invitations and they don't have inner envelopes, which means I'll have to address them

on outside. He thinks we should write '& guest' in pencil on back of invite....what planet did I find him on???

He also thinks we should include registry info with invites, but I know this is NOT proper ettiquette. Did anyone do this anyway?
