Invitations

Invitations

I ordered my invitations on line and they just came in and I really don't like them....and now i don't know what to do. The paper product stinks. It is weak and does not match up when you fold them!

Has any B2B or newlywed wanted to return them and been successful?

Well, if they don't line up, that is a manufacturing defect and I think you have a right to return them. It's hard when you 'just don't like them'.

I would call the company, and tell them about the folding problem and see what they have to say.

Good luck!

I knew i shouldn't of ordered them online. I just didn't want to deal with going to stores and looking through those awful big books.....

I like everything else, just not the feel of the mateiral...its so flimsy....

Re: Invitations

Hi! I am assuming that since they were ordered on-line you paid via credit card. If so, call the company you recieved the invite from and explain that you are unhappy with the quality of your product. It is possible that they will accomadate you somehow but if they do not you are able to dispute the charge with your credit card company. It is worth a shot if you are really unhappy. Best of luck!!
