I spent 3 HOURS looking at invitations today. I didn't love ONE of them. If I'm going to spend money on paper and ink, I want to LOVE it.
Seriously every invitation I've ever looked at seems so cookie cutter and kind of boring, and I want something that POPS, but nothing appeals to me.
I'm so frustrated, because I know what I want, but I just don't see it on the page anywhere.
How much extra will it cost to get invitations designed exactly how I want them? After looking at like 7 of those books I realize that's just not going suffice for me.

Re: Invitations
definitely make an appointment with Judi at A Bridal Papiere, her prices were so reasonable and everything is custom...she's a vendor on here, she is doing my invites and so far she is great.

you could try tessa at even star paperie.com (no spaces). You give her an idea inventory and she comes back to you w/ designs. you also tell her your budget, so if you don't want to spend a fortune she will tell you what would work in your budget.

Re: Invitations
i would figure for custom, depending what you want...could be $4-$7 per invite

I second this, I was looking there yesterday and found some I LOVED for like $75/100 invites!! I don't like traditional invites and I thought they had a really nice selection.
the seller was amazing to work with and my invites are beauitful if i do say so myself

Re: Invitations
i spent hours at party city and a few other stores and couldnt find anything I was completely in love with. I found a few online, but they were waaaay out of my price range. I decided to go with Tessa. she designed an invitation that was exactly what I was looking for and stayed within my budget.
