Does anybody know of a really good place to order wedding invitations from?
Also, how far in advance should we order our invitations?

Fat Cat Paperie..Center Moriches....Awesome! I would decide what you want earlier than you would think. I didn't have an idea in mind and ended up changing it after getting my first proof. They carry several lines that NOT MANY other companies do around here.....

Someone on this board suggested Bella Figura for letterpress invitations and we went with them - amazing customer service and very reasonably priced. They can customize any of their designs and we've gotten so many compliments! http://www.bellafigura.com/

My friend owns a party supply store in Bayville, Marty's Party Supply. They do invites, STD's, and all that jazz. They use Carlson Craft and I was told that if you don't see it in the book at his store but you see it on the website he'll order it. Also, order your invitations about 6 months in advanced but you should look sooner then that. Also, my friends store is great and he's a GREAT person to work with for this stuff (he's getting married in 2 weeks) but you have to find a caligrapher since he doesn't have someone for that.

If you want no frills, basic invites - use invitations4sale.com.
I didn't want to spend a whole lot on invitations and the site was easy to use, vendor was very cooperative and responsive and I saved a LOT of money. 40% off birchcraft and carlson.
