Invitations

Is any one else having as hard as a time as I am with picking out invitations? I feel like i looked through every book and I can't find anything I like. Did anyone else feel this way? or is it just me? Also if you did get your invites where did you get them from?
TIA

I went for the first time this weekend and found a bunch I like. The thing is - there are SO many books. So give the person you are dealing with an idea of what you like (color, size, etc) and (if they know what they're doing) they should be able to narrow the books down for you so it's less overwhelming. Not sure where you're from but I'm dealing with La Confetteria right off the CIP in Whitestone. I always use them for favors, invites, etc. I'm also getting the BMs necklaces there (she discounts Swarovski).

It was so frusterating - I thought I was going to go blind. Then, I finally found the invites and FH saw a picture of them and then he said he didnt like them. I thought I was going to kill him. I then dragged him down to the store to look at them and he looked through a book for like 10 minutes, and then he decided that he actually did like the ones I picked out. Ugh - men.

So yeah - the invitation process was a tad bit stressful!

Re: Invitations

it took us forever. i spoke with 3 or 4 people that do custom invites, i scoured the internet, looked in books, ordered a million samples online.....

what we finally decided on was something from a book...but we are adding embellishments. the total came out cheaper than any of the custom invites (which we never fully loved any designs either) and we are making them our own

sometimes you need to think out of the box...while staying in your budget

GL!
