invitations

OK so I need some advice...

I picked up invitations to do myself a few months ago - they are beautiful, but now I have buyers remorse and just feel like they arent the direction I would like to go with.

I really want to get these invitations I saw from an etsy seller - I am waiting to hear back about the price but it is definitely gonna be more expensive.

SHould I just s*ck it up with the old invites and use them to save money, or should I splurge and do what I want for the invitations.

If you have the extra money, I say go for it, so you don't regret it.

personally, I would splurge and do what you want.
I am too overwhelmed with other things to find the time to do invitations, aside from the fact that I am completely DIY useless!!!!

Invites were important to me but I also didn't want to spend mega bucks on them. I got what I wanted below my budget using 'her'. This was pure luck IMO.

is the etsy seller wayyyy more money? If it is a little splurge I would probably do it. Invites set the tone for an event and I think they should be what you want your guests to feel when opening them.

Am I making sense?

Yes - totally!!!! I feel the same way! I am waiting to get pricing for everything. I sent her an email last night. So I guess I will wait and see how much of a financial bruise this will cause me and then make my decision....

to me, invitations were the least important thing (people receive the invitation, write the date on their calendars, and then throw it in the garbage) ... if you already have invitations, i'd stick with those and use up the money for something guests might actually notice (like an RH upgrade)
