I am starting to look at invitations and not really sure what is a reasonable price. Anyone have input, where I should be starting, or budget? I need the actual invitation, response card, and like 2 inserts. I was thinking like 5-6 dollars per invitation

Re: invitations
We spent $4.80 per invite, including 2 inserts, RSVP card, inner and outer envelope, and addressing on everything

Re: invitations
We spent $3 per invite, we only had one insert but Ella's Paper is great! She customizes the color and design and she's really affordable. She was a web site and she's on Etsy.
i paid about $6 per invite including all addressing services, 4 inserts, a ribbon and rhinestone slider, and lined envelopes, etc.

Re: invitations
Mine were about $8.25 each. I definitly splurged. I just got the invites, envelopes, responses, some address printings and they're each adorned with Swarovski crystals. In the end, I'm beyond in love with how they came out, but I do realize I could have saved quite a bit

Re: invitations
That sounds like a good price. I spent double my budget on invites, but I just loved them and I got alot of embellishments on them. Totally my fault since I could have said no.

Re: invitations
it will really depend on what type of printing, how many invites and inserts. i think you mentioned that you are going to see Tammy @ Sincerely Yours, she's fabulous and will work with you and your budget. i spent a little more than I thought I would but i also unfortunately fell in love with letterpress. tammy worked with me though and my price per invite is not that far off what you have budgeted. good luck!

Re: invitations
I saw Tammy yesterday, loved her and the invitations but it came to almsot 10.00 an invite with 3 inserts, pocketfold. I was hoping to spend alittle bit less because also need RD invites and brunch invites.

talk to her and see if she can bring it down more but printing another way or using different invites. hopefully she can work it down to what you are comfortable with.

Re: invitations
it is within my budget but I see posts for cheaper, so wasn't sure if with 3 inserts and pocketfold invites that was high

i would definitely go to a few places to get price comparisons. this is the one vendor that i didn't jump the gun and sign immediately.
