Invitations - am I missing anything?

I'm having a designer make my invitations, so I need to tell her what I need for the invitations. Here's the list I have:

envelope
main card with names and info about church
reply card
travel info

am I missing anything?

Also, where do I put information about the brunch the next day?

you can put the brunch info on a separate enclosure. I had a one telling my guests about a charter bus to the reception.
