Invitations and all paper check!
It took us weeks of debating fonts and styles, plus a dozen emails and phone calls, but we finally sent in the order.
We are getting engraved invites, response cards and envelopes, machine calligraphy of all addressing, information cards, programs, escort cards and menus from Reeves Engraving out of North Carolina.
They had wonderful reviews and were far the best prices for real engraving.
We had then sources a special motif for us and are having cards with a beveled, gold edge. No ribbons or anything, just elegant and simple, but doing all the type in crimson ink on ivory which looks reallly dramatic. Plus the wreath motif on all items will be in gold.
It is running us about 2,500 for all that which was way better than other prices we saw for what we wanted, although its a lot! We did have a lot of special extras, otherwise they would have been much cheaper.
They did to work on their web site, tho, it is very hard to work from which is why I had to contact them so often.
Lets hope they live up to expectations!
