Invitations by DAWN!! Samples not here yet!!!

I called Invitations by Dawn at the beginning of March and ordered a few of their sample invitations, and to this day (April 8) have not received them!! Has anyone else had this problem? If they are slow with sending out samples, how long with they take to send out the real invitations????

I think they were one of several I checked out, and I got all my samples quickly - in less time than the 2-3 weeks they said it would take. I ordered my invites from Wedding Traditions and the customer service was excellent.

I ordered samples over the phone and got them in about 1 week.

It sounds like they missplaced your sample request. I would try again. I received samples from them in about one week.

I agree it sounds like they might have misplaced your order. Like Karen I used Wedding Tradiditions and was completely satisfied

Thanks for the support everyone! I had already called them before writing my post here. I have called them twice already, and they said that they are backed up with their mailings. The last time I talked to someone was on Thursday March 29, when they said that I should receive it within a few days (that would have made it over a week ago)....how difficult is it to send samples??! I have to use a company that does not stress me out so much!! I may call and ask for samples from Wedding Traditions, so we will see. Thanks again!

I would have given up on them long ago! If someone can't perform something they promise to do in a timely matter--why use them when there are so many others that will come through. My first call back to them would have been to tell them I'm disappointed with their service so far and can they take me off their list! But I guess I am a toughie when it comes to service!
