My Questions:
1) Where do I include Hotel Blocking Information? Should I just include another insert or just put it somewhere on the reception/rsvp/invitation card?

2) Is it okay that I didn't include directions from the Church directly to the Hall?

3) Am I missing anything?

I would think you include the hotel info on the reception card only.

2. Directions from church to hall, I think that is a good idea BUT what if people are going to the hotel after church? If you blocked rooms at Fox Hollow then it works.

3. I think you have it all covered--as usual!

Okay, I'll include directions from Church to Hall - thanks!

Don't have another insert made...can't you stick Fox Hollow's direction card behind the Accomodations card? You don't have to worry about matching if you do it like that.

Okay good...I am glad that it will work. No need to spend more $$$$$$$ on another insert. Don't worry-you will be helping me do this in about 2 weeks!!!

Christine, everything sounds beautiful!

The direction and hotel inserts are fine. All looks good. Im sure you're going to proof-read your invitations and all before its printed so dont try to cram it all into one time. You'll have a chance to review and alter things if need be.

Christine, It sounds perfect to me. And I agree....just hide the hotel info.

Oh the one thing I would add to the hotel card is the price. I actually had an OOT guest call and ask my mom if my mom would pay for their hotel or let them stay at my mom's. Yeah I am sure that was a fun call....
