How long before your wedding did you order your invitations and how much do they cost? I want to start looking this week and don't know where to start!?

We ordered ours about 2 weeks ago... for 150 invitations it was about $400

I ordered mine the other day...I definately say start looking! Mine were 668 for 125 (including calligraghy)

I just ordered mine. For 125 i paid $972.00. I used Encore and they do all the calligraphy. I would start looking!

To be very honest, I used Willow tree lane. The were like $250 for 125 with return address. I made my own labels in caligraphy writing to address the envelopes. I have a so called friend that is getting married next month, it looked like she spent alot of money on them. By the end of the night when I received it, It was ALL in the trash except the response card and the directions to the hall.

Fh aND I just ordered them. We ordered from the Birchcraft everlasting love catalog. 75 invites with response card and envelopes with return address cost 190.00. We went to Party City. All of their invites were 30% off.

We ordered our invitations about 7 months in advance. You could look at online catalogues to get samples. We ordered ours from Have You Heard (they are located in bellmore). I liked being able to feel and see the quality of the paper.
As for price, it depends on your budget and how much you want to spend on invites.
