Invitations Question: For those with the 'A' and 'B' list how far in advance did you mail out the invites?
In far in advance did you mail out the invites for the first group and the second group? When did you tell the first group to RSVP?

Because of the holiday weekend and the fact that I'm a high school teacher I want an early rsvp date of May 1st. I'm telling people this is when they have to book the hotel rooms as well.
A list's reply date is May 1st. I'm sending them out Mid March.
For B list I'm going to go to Staples and get some of those small blank cards and make up a second reply card with a later date (my friend did this and no one noticed as ling as you don't send it to people in the same circles) probably May 15th or June 1st. Not sure when I'll send these depends upon when and how quickly my B list comes back.

I am sendin out the first set of invites by early may with a early june respnse and as the A listers respond with each no I send a B lister out with a return date of late june response date

I got married in August last year and sent out my invites late april had a response date by July 4th.
