Invite Addressing Help

So i'm working on my invite addressing and i'm not doing an inner envelope the even Start Paperie format has it that I would put The Hansen Family for a family but i always thought it was

Mr. & Mrs. Paul Hansen
Jamie & John (kids names)

Which is right?

I think either way is fine, do whichever you like better.
