Invite addressing questions

Sending my guest list to the printers next week and I have just a couple questions?

Ms. or Miss?

Mr. and Mrs. John and Jane Smith or Mr. and Mrs. John Smith?

If I'm inviting a female friend with her bf and I know the bf's name should I put his first or hers first? So I'm NOT doing 'Jane Smith and Guest' but its the FEMALE that is 'invited' with their bf....make sense? So which name goes first?

TIA!!!

Re: Invite addressing questions

I did Ms. for any single female over 18.

If I invited a female with her BF or FH I did

Ms. Jane Smith
Mr. John Doe

I did the same
Also, Mr. and Mrs. John Smith for married couples

Re: Invite addressing questions

1. Ms. is for unmarried women 18 and over. Miss is for under 18.

2. I was told that Mr. & Mrs. John & Jane Smith is grammatically incorrect. So I did Mr. & Mrs. John Smith.

3. I did the name of the person that I/FH/we is friends with.

Re: Invite addressing questions

Ms. for 18+
MIss for anyone younger than 18

Mr. and Mrs. John Smith

And then for couples who are dating we put the name of the person we were friends with first.

Ms. Jane Doe and Mr. John Smith
