Invite adressing question

my boss is married but she kept her last name.. so how should I write this on the invite...

mrs so and so and guest or mrs so and so and mr so and so ?

I believe it would be

Mr first last and Mrs first last

I just looked up the etiquette and it says the Mrs. goes before the Mr. if she has kept her maiden name.

Mrs. Jane Smith
Mr. John Doe

Correct, but u have to add AND to signify that they're married. If they were just living together the woudln't get and AND

Outer:
Mrs. Jane Jones
and Mr. Carl Davis

Inner:
Mrs. Jones and Mr. Davis
