Invite etiquette

I have a friend who I want to invite, but I do not like her husband. We have never met, but he is so rude and nasty over the phone.

I just want to invite my friend with her teenage daughter.

Is that wrong????

It seems like a touchy subject to me. I know there was one family where I invited the parents and one of their four chidren (bc she is friends with my sister) and I felt a little weird about that.

Plus - some people are not phone people. Maybe he just comes across the wrong way on the phone.

I know what you mean, but no he is a jerk!

He says 'what do you want'

Plus There are some domestic issues that I know are not my business, but I can't stand him for that!
