How do you write the names on the inner envelope?

we don't have inner envelopes, but if we did i would have written first names of everyone invited 'and guest' (if necessary)

I am doing a combo of both depending on who it is. I guess for my mom's friends and older people I am going to do Mr. Xxxxx but for my friends I am using thier names. This si so annoying isn't it?

this is the way im doing it

Outer:
Mr. and Mrs. John Doe

inner for our friends
John and Jane Doe

inner for parents friends
Mr & Mrs...

No i am filling out the form, where i have to put the names, for the Calligrapher...
