invite HELP

invite HELP

what can I do to spice this up and make it not so, well, boring??

my VERY HONEST friend just told me it looks like a high school diploma.

I was thinking of adding crystals somewhere on it? Where do you suggest??

or do you think the rhinestone with the ribbon would look better?

....hmmm well I think they are very pretty. Simple, yet pretty. I wouldn't call them boring.

I am drawing a blank on how to spice them up though. I could see a crystal on the bottom before the church. However, I don't think that is very much spice... What about a fatter rouched ribbon like those which have the crystal embelishment on them. Could that be threaded through the top like you have?

Nice Barb.

What if you add a rhinestone at the beginning of your name and the end of his and maybe one on the 'L' at the top... and maybe a ribbon wrap to the outside. That is getting pretty pricey though I'm sure.

hmm i think it looks elegant as is but if u want to spice it up and add some bling my only idea is maybe replacing the monogram at the top with a round charm between the ribbon since u have the monogram in the background in the middle. HTH

Why not??? She has crazy rules. I remember asking her something and her telling me it couldn't be done... OH!! A tealength pocketfold.But then I saw the materials for them online.

Do you have another accent color you could add in there?

I don't know if that will give it the raging party look tha Barb is goin for but it'll add more sparkle.

what id you add a flourish on the bottom or on the bottom corners thats like the same color as the 'L' in the background and then play small rhinestones into that design?

What about fall colors? A really deep red or burnt orange?? (I'm the last person who should be giving color advice)

I think a graphic is a great idea. Can she add a graphic to two corners or something?

eta-or add a graphic down one side?
