hey girls...OK ...this may be a silly question...sorry both of my parents are re married ..so on the invites should I have Mr and MR 'stepdads' last name and then my dads OR vice versa??

Do you WANT to include your stepparents' names? If you don't then you could always do something like:
Mrs. Janet Smith and Mr. John Jones request the honour of your presence at the marriage of their daughter....
If you DO want to include your stepparents' names, I'm not exactly sure of the ettiquette, but I would assume you could do:
Mr. and Mrs. James Smith and Mr. and Mrs. John Jones request the honour of your presence at the marriage of their daughter...
In my situation, both of my parents are remarried and my FH's parents are still together. We decided to go with:
Together with their parents Bride Name and Groom Name request the honour of your presence ...
