Invite Inserts

Invite Inserts

I'm trying to figure out the exact pieces that I'll need for my invitation... We're getting married in a church, so here's what I'm thinking:

Invite with church information
Reception card with Reception information
Response card with envelope
Direction card to church
Direction card to reception (?)
Direction card to hotel (?)
Outer & Inner envelope

(?) not sure about these two... We are having a shuttle from the hotel- so maybe I should do one direction card with directions to church then directions to hotel then directions to reception hall?? This is where I'm confused....

What are you girls doing??

I would do all the directions on one card if you can, and just break it up with headings for what directions they are....that's what I hope to do!

I was only going to give direction to the reception hall even thought I am also getting married in a church. But maybe I should give direction to the church as well? I just figure in this day and age people can always mapquest the directions to the church.

I think that's what I'll do... map out directions to the church and then to the hotel & to the reception hall as different options.

I can't assume people will mapquest. I know they will forget LOL and my family is not from LI and FH family is mostly from Suffolk so the last thing I want on the day is confusion how to get anywhere or me telling people directions..

Once I put together I'll post thanks for the help!!

I agree, try to keep all the directions on one card...you could do 1 side with directions to church and the other side with directions to reception, or you can do all directions on one side and map on the other side. If you're on a budget, you could print these out yourself on cardstock (that's what I plan to do).

Also, are you blocking rooms or have an airline discount for OOT guests? If so, then they need to get an insert for that.
