my invite list is driving me crazy. i printed a copy for my mom the other day & she calls me asking who the people are in FHs family. then she adds more people to the list & then she tells me there are too many people. so i removed some people & now i have a table of 5 people. this is crazy.

FMIL keeps calling or emailing me with more people to put on and people to take off.
Are you sending Save the Dates, and if so, are you sending them to everyone or just family and people you are CERTAIN will be invited?

i am doing the tables already because my room is small & i can only have a certain number of tables. also because i will need tables of various sizes (ranging from 8-12).
no we are not doing save the dates. we are telling everyone as we see them. we are having a small wedding only about 125 people so within the next couple of months we will see or speak to all of them.

I think it's great you're getting a head start, but i wouldn't stress out too much over this right now because people may decline to the invite and your list may get altered. As long as you have a good idea of how many people your room can hold and you stay within that number, the tables can always be altered to even out the number of people at a table.

We did a preliminary list just to get a basic idea of the number of people we're having...we're waiting until closer to the wedding for a final list Don't stress yourself out too much- there may be people you might not want there when its next year!

I would lay off doing the seating chart becuase you still unsure who's gonna be able to make it
I am ANNOYED with FH, I've been asking him for months for his invite list and he has not give to me yet so I said you know, if you don't give me a list - then they're not invited! LOL

I keep telling FH to get an invite list togehter from his mom and I think he keeps forgetting. I said if my parents are going to throw us an engagement party Mom needs a list.. I keep asking my mom to help me with one our our side and she isnt intrested either. I would like to know who everyone wants to come so I can get an estimate number so I can start looking at RH next month
