Request the honour of your presence at.....

or

Together with their families
Jonathan ***

Yes and remarried.. Our fathers, are doing NOTHING.. especially my dad, he's not even coming to the wedding.. but anyway..that's another story..

I would put the mothers names to make them feel special for contributing to the wedding. JMO

Are your stepfathers contributing? Is the money really separate from your moms and their husbands? If it isn't, I would include them as well. JMO...
