I blocked rooms at two hotels for my guests. Do I need to write a little note to put in the invitiation to explain this and what names to ask for when making the reservation etc (esp. since I believe they are getting a slightly cheaper rate) or do I just include the hotels information cards?? An examples of what you did??

The hotel gave me cards that i put into my invitations. I put in writing the name of our wedding at the top. People knew to use the name of our wedding and it worked out.
I have gotten invitations where the info was printed out on regular paper and cut up.

We had our hotel informatoin printed on card stock at Kinkos. It was pretty cheap and worth it IMO since their paper was better quality and looked better with our invite set than the cards the hotel gave us.
We just let guests know how many rooms were set aside (because we have a lot of OOT guests), when they needed to be reserved by, what the rate was, and the hotel's contact info. Good luck!
