Invite question

i know this has been asked before but since planning my wedding- my memory is shot

so, can i word my rsvp card like this-

Name:___________________
____ of 2 (or however many are invited) will attend
____ respectfully decline (or whatever the wording is)

I dont get insulted, so dont hold back. Thanks

Mine just had

M_____________________ (for name)

________ attending (for # of people)

And i have to say nobody screwed them up everyone wrote there names & # of people I can't believe it!!!

Are you inviting any groups of more than 2?

decline with regret______

Mine say this:

We look forward to celebrating with you!
As you have been a part of our lives, please be a part of our celebration!

________Accepts with Pleasure!

________Declines with Regret.

ETA: There are no kids in my family or any of our friends..so i didnt have to put number of people attending.
