I am getting married on Sept. 26 and was not planning on sending out the invites till July 26... Is that too late??? It seems like everyone getting married in Sept is sending them out so early? are they early or am I just late??

we sent ours our about 8 weeks b4 our wedding date, but i know i few people who have mailed them out 10 weeks b4

I don't think that's too late at all! My date is Sept. 5th and I'm trying to get the out by July 1st. I think end of July sounds fine, just try to give everyone a month to RSVP.

standard i think is 2-3 months before the wedding. so you must be sending them out 1 month before your RSVP date. it's really up to you. some people just like them out earlier. i know i'm sending them about 3 months before.

Not too late at all ! I heard 8-12 weeks prior to the date is standard unless you are having a destination wedding, then it can be even earlier !

Hi date twin! I don't think its too late. I'm planning on sending mine out around July 20th or so, this way they will have them by July 26th. I think 2 months before is a good amount of time. I was personally really suprised when I saw how early some people send out invites and I got nervous for a second also, but I got over it.

It's not late at all...our wedding is July 20 (a month to go!!!! ) and we sent them the second week in May .

your timing is fine. i'm sending mine out 07/01 though. if you have oot guests you may want to send those a little earlier.
