Here is ours. We just used 'Together with their parents' though...

Re: invite question

That's what I'm having on mine.... together with our parents. It's great, no one will be offended w/ it.

Re: invite question

I'm picking up my proof on Saturday so I can't show you a picture but we put 'together with our parents.' We did this to appease everyone even thought FH and I are paying for the wedding ourselves.

However, of course, when I said we ordered the invites, there was drama because my mother wanted her name on it.....UGH Of course, if we put her name on it, we'd have to put my dad's name (they're divorced) and FHs parents names. And my mom doesn't want to be on anything where my father is mentioned, etc., etc., etc.

I've learned with wedding planning you're never going to please everyone.

We are sticking with 'together with our parents'

Re: invite question

If both are paying I would put- together with their parents and then put the parents names.

Together with their parents
Mr. and Mrs. Smith
Mr. and Mrs. Jones

Both sides arent paying but we did this to 'keep the peace'!
