I have this same issue. My limo guy (Joe from Camelot - love him!) said not to worry about it yet. We can book shuttle buses a couple of weeks before. He actually told us not to do anything yet to wait and see how many rooms get booked.

I didn't put it on my invites either. I am going off the number of people that booked a room. I know what friends are sharing rooms and such, so I am going to make sure that everyone who has a room can take the bus. I would bet they will all use it.

Re: Invite question

I just tried to estimate. It was really the only thing I could do based on the fact that there was no way to tell how many people would come from OOT.

My mom's sister is renting a car, as is my grandfather, and my great aunt & uncle are driving up from NC, so there will be a good # of vehicles at the hotel too. I'm hoping if worse comes to worse and I underestimated, these people will not only drive themselves but will offer to drive some others too!
