Invite Question

So I got 2 for you.... I;ll try and make this the least confusing I can LOL

First situation:
My cousin, her son (my RB) and her BF.

How do I write the envelope?

Ms. Jane Smith and Family and Mr. John Doe
or
Ms Jane Smith, Mr. Kevin Smith and Mr. John Doe

Second Situation:
Divorced woman and her 3 kids plus a guest for her. Also, I would like to point out that the kids still have the father's last name and divorced woman has her maiden name. All the kids are young so there will be no guests for them.

Do I write...

Ms. Jane Smith and Family and Guest
(I wouldn't know any other way to write this one without getting complicated)

ok First One:

Her name & Family & her Bfs name

Second:
Her name & family & guest

Thats how I would do it

Re: Invite Question

Those are hard ones...

For the second I think I would do

Her name & guest
kid 1, kid 2, kid 3

This is the website I've been using for addressing....some of it might not be 'perfect etiquette' but its been working for me. Maybe it will help click

So like list them underneath each other like this:

Ms. Jane Smith and Guest
Mr. John Joe
Ms. Jane Doe
Ms. Jill Doe

or just their first name

Ms. Jane Smith and Guest
John, Jan, and Jill

Re: Invite Question

I've been writing all the kids on the second line using Mr. and Miss...dont know if 3 names would fit like that though. I think either way is fine...do you know how formal they are in their everyday life?

Thanks everyone!

And no one that I am inquiring about is very formal on a daily basis so I don't have worries of offending them.
