Invite question
For those who already purchased invites... Is it possible to get them for around $500? I don't wanna spend a ton or get anything too crazy, but at the same time, I don't want them to look cheap. We're planning on inviting around 175 people, so guesstimating around 90 invites.Should I order more as back up? What did u guys do? I need some recommendations. Thanks!

Its def possible. I had some friends find some great deals online with coupon codes, or through etsy. If you're crafty, you can buy pocket fold materials/print out your own invites through a local printer, and assemble it yourself. Heres the tutorial if you want it.

I was told its always best to order a little extra. We did, mainly for any ppl we forget to invite, or need to add on. I 'm also a bit paranoid that we won't hit our minimum, so I ordered extra to give out to ppl just in case that happens. Its unlikely, but I rather be prepared.
I attached a pic below for the DIY pocket fold.
Just want to note, the pic isn't mine. Found it off of wedding bee. Don't want someone to think I'm a photo thief lol

We're inviting 140 so we're printing about 75. We are using a seller on Etsy that sends you a PDF of the invitation along with everything else that you need and all we have to do it go to staples and print it out. I think we'll spend about $200!

Def check out wedding paper divas too periodically when you decide to order. They always have some type of promotion, and they sell the materials to DIY. I got my save the dates, and thank you cards from them, and they have lovely high quality stationary. Good luck!

You could for sure stay under that budget if you ordered online and during a sale. Personally I spent wayyy below because I only ordered the flat invitation on Vista print when there was a sale, and DIY all the inserts and tri-fold wrap. Especially if you're looking for something simple you can stay under that. Check out Wedding Paper divas, Exclusively Weddings, and even David's Bridal online always advertises invitation deals.
