I agree...I say either match your color, or go white/ivory. I didn't want to match, so I picked out a 3 layer ivory invite with ivory silk brocade around the edges. the silk brocade is also the envelope lining.

Okay, my screen is really off color. I went to a coworkers computer to look at the mygatsby.com pocketfolds.

They clearly have amethyst (purple).

If you are worried about matching, what about silver and white? I thought I saw that on the website . . .

You talked me into it ladies.

The place I really like does not have purple or lavender cardstock or pocketfolds but they do have white. They also have purple & lavender ink and purple & lavender satin ribbon and sheer organza.

Instead of ivory & navy, we are probably going with white pocketfolds, white invites and purple raised lettering with purple sheer organza closures.

That doesn't matter at all, I didn't do it. I don't even think any of the guests will remember, or notice for that matter.
