Invite questions

Hi,

My invite does not come with an Inner envelope.

1) How do I write out a family?
Mr. and Mrs. John Jones & Family?

2) If I am inviting someone with a guest, do I write and guest on the envelope.

Has anyone seen anything where on the RSVP card, we write in how many spot have been reserved for them? And then the guest write back how many people will be attending?

#1 & 2 are correct.

I've never seen that done to an RSVP card, but I've seen the outer envelope addressed to Mr & Mrs ....and family. That's perfectly normal.
