invite questions

I'm filling out the info to order my invites and I'm wondering about a few things.

1) I'm not doing a pocketfold...so do I write the address of the reception on the invitation?

2) We are getting married at the hall, so do we need to put 'reception to immediately follow' on the invite or is it implied already?
