this looks odd for some reason. HELP! how did you girls do it?

I am planning on doing:

___ of ___ will attend (second blank I will fill in)
___ can not attend

we haven't done ours yet but I think we'll be going with this:

I wouldn't do the ____people attending bc you already are telling them how many can attend. On top at the M_______________ they can write the names

i want to be sure of the number people are bringing...since we have a capacity limit i want to make sure people arent bringing kids/dates that werent invited.

(sounds mean but our vineyard has a maximum person cap for their deck and we cant go over)

true, then thats added work. Go through the list to figure how many to reserve. Most are 2 but then some are more, so for me i guess it was less work

i had a similar issue. not inviting kids either and i went back and forth also on the whole adult reception thing. I ended up with

omgg this is stressing me too! ppl already added their kids onto the amount when they werent invited!!!! i cant believe how rude ppl can be....lol now FH has to deal with tellin them hahaaa

I'm telling them how many seats so I dont get the '2' in the accepts when 1 was invited. lol

for a family I may invite 5, but maybe only the parents will be coming so, they'd fill it out
