Invite where did u get yours

I am a graphic designer I could do them myself but, I honestly cannot deal too busy. So, I am very very picky. Of course the ones I like are like $2000. I do not want to get them online I want to be able to see the quality of the paper. Any recomendations???

My invites are from stylart.com

I went to party city, bc you cant order directly from the site - and they had their book of samples.

they also carried alot of carlson craft and a few birchcraft and some others...

there is a HUGE selection of books in selden on route 25 in the lil strip next to checkers, the name is classic favors 696-6965...they had A TON of books and samples of invites!

If you want the look of $2000 invitations but do not want to pay the price, see Danielle and Scott from emreson graphics, they are in Lake Grove and can make you samples. Danielle is a graphic designer as well, so she will do you right!
They do amazing stuff, the invites I wanted were upwards of $1300 and they did them for much less.
FM me for more info is you would like to contact them.

I am a GD as well as while I was originally going to DIY my invites, it became too much work so I bought mine from notfromabox.com

I'm using Pippy's Sweets. Diana is very sweet and will gladly send you sample paper etc. She has been excellent about all my questions and anytime I want to see something she sends it to me. Highly recommended!!!

I know what you mean -- I'm a full time law student and would have liked to DIY my invites but l dont have the time and am very very picky about font, layout, paper quality, etc. I didn't DIY mine from scratch but I designed them (went through 3 sets of proofs tweaking layout, etc) and then had them printed/assembled by an invitation company.

A lot of places can custom make whatever you want -- I have done that in the past for other occasions. It really wasn't that expensive considering the quality of our invites (pix in album)

I went to Creations de Belle in Mineola. They have sooo many companies to choose from and soo many binders to look through. Ask for Isabelle; she's great!

hank you so much! I actually designed them with my co-worker, and I found a place in CA that prints letterpress for an amazing price! The prices are actually better when you order more.

I got quotes from a few places that would basically design them like I did and print them for over $1200 for 100 invites! I paid less than $500 for 150 invites, 150 RSVP cards and 450 envelopes (inner, outer and response card)

Then I found the Thai silk pockets from White Isle. I only ordered them for the bridal party and parents since that would get expensive otherwise. I also bought ribbon in the garment district on 36th and 7th ave.

I don't know what you were looking to spend, but overall I got an excellent price for 150 invitations.
