Is this OK:

In joyful anticipation of our
marriage on Saturday, the
twenty-eighth of July, Two Thousand and Seven,
we,
Kristin S.
and
Christian P.
invite you to share with us in
this celebration of love at
three o'clock in the afternoon...

is that correct? Should the 2007 be lower case or is it ok how it is? What about the 28th of July?
