Invite wording help

My nephew will be 13...do I word his invitation 'Master' instead of 'Mr.'? What's the age limit of 'Master'?

I'm not sure but Master should be appropriate. He's not a mister.

I think anyone under the age of 16 or 18 is addressed as 'Master John Smith'...

personally i wouldnt put master for anyone... it sounds like a wizard... JMO
i prefer Mr.

I am not sending separate invitations to children so I will be putting Mr & Mrs & children. Dont have to deal with the master issue
