invite wording help

Ok well my parents are divorced and it is a sticky situation with them. FInally my dad ans mom have come to an agreement which RARELY ever happens..I thought this was going to be the worst part but it only last 2 days of argueing....which isnt bad or their track record

so here is the agreement..even though i think it is too wordy it isnt worth the time and effort of arguing and all the aggravation they would cause..there other things for me to worry about

But my question is do you put your FH and your lastname ...like is it just your middle name? FH likes the last names.. or FH just have his last name? what do you think??

Here is my wordy invite

Mr and Mrs So and SO
request the honour of your presence
to the marriage of Mrs. SO and So daughter
Christina Marie (Last NAME or not?)
to
Brian Michael (Last Name or not)
son of Mr So and So
and Mrs So and So
on Sunday the twenty third of July
at half after three in the afternoon

I did do our last names, and now I kind of wish I didn't - but we both didn't want to use our middle names.
