Invite Wording -- Help Please

Ok, so we have finally picked our invites () and now we have to make sure we have the wording right. Can you guys check this over for me (spelling, capitalization, grammar, etc)?

NOTE: All parents are contributing and FH's parents are divorced, dad remarried. My dad's not around, just my mom.

Ms. Sherry XXXXX, (FH's mom)
and Mr. and Mrs. David XXXXXX (FH's dad and stepmom)

reception immediately following

i would just include the year

Two thousand and five under the line with month

also, there should be a comma after Jericho

and i guess you could also capitalize 'reception' in reception following.

I would also include 'on' before the word Sunday.
