invite wording, need help ASAP

hi, how are you? my name's julie and im using my friends account- i have a question that ive been trying to find an answer to, but i cant... and it needs to get sorted out asap... if you could help me with this, i'd truly appreciate it!

my name is julie smith. my fiancee's name is kevin jones. we are getting married on november 11th. we need to order our invitations tomorrow.

my parents are still married.
his parents are divorced, dad remarried.

we would like our invitations to be worded like this:

mr and mrs anthony smith
request the honour of your presence
at the marriage of their daughter
julie
to
kevin
son of
________
________
on Saturday November 11th, 2006
3:00 pm
at holy name of jesus church
2 barston street
new hyde park, new york

In the blanks, we'd like to have his parents names; anthony jones, and maggie jones(she kept her married name).

my questions are :
1- which name goes on the first blank line, Mr anthony jones, or Ms. maggie joens?
2- does his mom's name stay MRS or MS on the invitation?
3- should it say 'and' before the second parent's name? (son of ____ and ____)

i really appreciate your help and your time- thanks!

Re: invite wording, need help ASAP

I found this on WC dot com...Traditional Unmarried Parents Co-Host

So, I think your invitation would read like this:

Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Smith
request the honour of your presence
at the marriage of their daughter
Julie
to
Kevin
son of
Mrs. Maggie Jones
and
Mr. Anthony Jones
on Saturday, the eleventh of November
Two thousand and six
at three o'clock in the afternoon
at Holy Name of Jesus Church
New Hyde Park, New York

I hope this helps!

Moms name goes first then the Dads name. You might want to ask her if she wants Ms. instead of Mrs.
