Invite Wording - Providing Transportation

We are providing transportation from a hotel to our reception site. I want to include a line at the bottom of the response card asking whether the person will be using the transportation but am at a loss as to how to word this.....I am just doing 'Please respond on or before...' and then leaving the rest of the card blank for ppl to write in whether they will come so on the bottom I was thinking something like 'I will be using the transportation provided between the hotel and reception' with a no and yes line??? Does this even make sense? Any thoughts are appreciated!

If you're having hotel information cards placed in the invite, I would note it there, stating 'We are providing complimentary transporation for hotel guests.'

Otherwise, make a small note of it somewhere else with the hotel info. If it's on the RSVP - they'll totally forget.

ETA: I'm a total azz b/c I completely misread your post.

To answer the question you correctly asked, and I will now give my honest advice.

Your hotel will confirm with you the guests and their names with you if you have a room blocking. Based on that, you will have an estimate of the trans. space needed.

Can you base it on the number of people who have booked rooms at the hotel? I'm sure most people staying there will take advantage of complimentary transportation, either to enjoy themselves responsibly or so they know they will arrive fashionably on time

Well I am definitley putting info about the transportation on teh hotel card and it was also included with our STDs...so you think we shouldn't bother trying to get a more definite headcount? just go by teh reservations at the hotel?

I think doing a headcount based on hotel reservations would be easier for you (and enclosing that there will be shuttle service).
