how do you word somthing when ceremony and reception are the same building...
ceremony will being promptly at 5:00pm with reception immeditaly to follow?

Word the invitation as you would normally. After the wording, put 'Reception to follow' directly underneath with some sort of break design (fancy line etc. )on the invitation.
